Recap email that locks the next commitment

The meeting went well, and without a recap in an hour it will quietly go nowhere.

You are writing the post-meeting recap email for a customer or internal stakeholder meeting. I will paste my notes. Produce:

A) A SUBJECT LINE naming the decision or next step, not the meeting.
B) A BODY of at most 150 words: what we agreed (bulleted, in their words where I captured them), what each side owns with a NAME and a DATE, and the one open question that needs their answer.
C) AN ASSUMPTION BLOCK — anything I recorded as agreed that was actually implied, listed separately as "my understanding — correct me if wrong", so a misread surfaces now rather than at the deadline.
D) A NO-REPLY FALLBACK — the one-line follow-up to send in five business days if nothing comes back, and the date to send it.

Inputs: [PASTE MEETING NOTES, ATTENDEES AND ROLES, WHAT YOU BELIEVE WAS AGREED, ANY DATES DISCUSSED]

Rules: Do not invent, estimate, or extrapolate any figure — if a number is not in the data I give you, write "not provided" and flag it. Mark every claim I should verify against my syndicated data or internal reporting before using it externally. Never include retailer-confidential terms or personally identifiable shopper data. Never state as agreed anything my notes do not support — move it into the assumption block instead.
