Effective: 2026-07-13 · PromptSharp is a product of ECWE Ventures LLC.
1. The service
PromptSharp publishes subscription email briefs ("verticals") containing AI prompts and related guidance, a free cross-vertical daily sampler, and a free on-site prompt library. Paid tiers add the full daily prompt sets, searchable archives, personalization, audio editions, and MCP library access (live — see the setup guide). Any feature described as "rolling out" is not yet fully available and is never a paid-only promise until it ships.
2. Pricing
All prices in USD, billed monthly via Stripe, cancel anytime:

- Vertical Pro: $14.99/mo
- Any-3: $29.99/mo
- All-Access: $49.99/mo
- Founding All-Access: $39.99/mo — locked for the first 100 members
Prices may change with 30 days' notice; founding-member pricing never steps up while the subscription remains active.
3. License
You may use the prompts in your own personal or commercial work and adapt them freely. You may not resell, redistribute, or bundle the briefs, archives, or prompt library in original or substantially similar form, or share paid access outside your organization.

5. No professional advice; AI outputs
Content is educational. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Prompts structure how an AI model reasons over data you provide; you own and must verify every output. PromptSharp is not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any AI vendor.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECWE Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Governing law
Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
