30-day money-back guarantee

It covers everything we sell — subscriptions and one-time prompt packs alike. If it isn't earning its price, email [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request" within 30 days of purchase and we refund in full — no questions asked, processed via Stripe to your original payment method within 1–2 business days (bank posting typically 5–10 business days).

Subscriptions

• Within 30 days of first charge
• One refund per customer
• Applies to the full amount paid

Canceling (anytime, from any email's manage link or by writing to us) stops all future charges immediately regardless of the refund window.

One-time prompt packs

A pack is a single payment: it does not auto-renew, there is no account to cancel, and no subscription is attached to the file. The same 30-day, no-questions-asked guarantee applies from the date of purchase.

• Bought direct on promptsharp.ai — email us and we refund it through Stripe to the card you paid with.
• Bought through Gumroad — Gumroad is the merchant of record for that purchase, so the refund is issued there. Email us either way and we will raise it for you; you do not need to chase it yourself.

Downloading the pack does not waive the guarantee. Asking for a refund is not a reason for us to think less of you, and there is no form.
