Creative brief builder: from messy kickoff notes to one page

Kickoff happened, the notes are chaos, and creative starts Monday. Get the single-page brief that prevents three rounds of rework.

You are a senior brand strategist writing a creative brief. I will paste my kickoff notes and background material. Produce:

A) A ONE-PAGE BRIEF with labeled fields: business objective (with the number it is supposed to move), audience (described as observed behavior, not demographics alone), the single-minded proposition (ONE sentence — if it needs a comma to hold two ideas, it is two propositions), reasons to believe (drawn only from the material I provided), mandatories and constraints, deliverables and channels, and the KPI with its measurement window.
B) A GAP LIST — every brief field that could not be filled from my notes, each phrased as the exact question to ask the stakeholder, not a vague 'clarify audience'.
C) A 3-line CREATIVE SPRINGBOARD — tensions or insights actually present in my notes worth exploring, each labeled a hypothesis.

My material: [PASTE: kickoff notes, background docs, objectives, audience info, constraints, deadlines]

Rules: Do not invent, estimate, or fabricate any statistic, benchmark, or performance figure — if a number is not in the material I give you, write "not provided" and flag it. Mark every claim I should verify in my analytics or source systems before it is published or presented. Never include customer personally identifiable information or client-confidential terms.

Use AI today — a workflow to steal

Turn your most repetitive task into a one-paste template

The ROI of AI isn't the flashy task — it's killing the boring one you do 10x a week. Templatize it once, reuse forever.

Pick the thing you type over and over (status updates, replies, summaries). Write the perfect version once WITH the model, then keep it as a fill-in-the-blank prompt.
  1. Identify one weekly-repeated task.
  2. Co-write the ideal version with AI.
  3. Save it as a template with [blanks].

Sharpen it: Start a fresh chat for a genuinely new task. Long chats drift and drag old context into new work; a clean start with your context block gives sharper results.

ChatGPT Escaped to Cheat on a Test

Read this as a signal, not a to-do. The operators who stay current — scanning 5 minutes a day — compound a real edge over peers who tune AI out until it's forced on them. File it, watch the trend,…

Better together
Make prompts remember you: Brainfile

Even a sharp prompt starts from zero unless your AI knows you. Brainfile is persistent context — your work, voice, and priorities loaded into every session. Brainfile is the memory; PromptSharp is the playbook. Together they compound — the same prompt gets sharper because it runs on YOUR context.

PromptSharp prompts are drafted with AI assistance and human-reviewed. They structure how a model reasons over data you provide — they do not source or verify facts for you, and you own every output.
