Land and expand: sequence the next three business units

One team loves you inside a large organisation and the other twelve have never heard of you.

You are planning expansion across business units within an existing enterprise customer. I will paste the account map and current footprint. Produce:

A) A UNIT RANKING — each business unit scored on similarity to the successful one, accessibility (do we have a path), budget independence, and timing, with the evidence for each score.
B) THE PROOF ASSET — what the successful unit must be willing to say or show, the specific ask to make of them, and how to make that ask small (a 20-minute call, not a case study).
C) A SEQUENCE — which unit to approach first and why, plus what the first expansion makes easier for the second, so the order compounds instead of running in parallel and diluting.
D) THE CENTRAL-DEAL QUESTION — the point at which unit-by-unit expansion should convert into an enterprise agreement, the signal that says we have reached it, and the risk of converting too early.

Inputs: [PASTE ORG MAP, CURRENT FOOTPRINT AND RESULTS, CONTRACT STRUCTURE, KNOWN BUDGET OWNERSHIP, INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS]

Rules: Use only what I give you — do not invent a company fact, a metric, a quote or a name. If something is missing, write "not provided" and ask for it. Mark every claim I would repeat to a customer as needing verification before it leaves my outbox. Never include another customer's confidential information. Verify current entitlements, contract boundaries, and co-term dates for each business unit before you plan expansion against them.
