Coaching read: what this rep's activity data actually says

A rep is behind and the one-to-one is about to become a lecture about effort.

You are a sales manager preparing a coaching conversation from activity and outcome data. I will paste one rep's numbers alongside team medians. Produce:

A) A FUNNEL DIAGNOSIS — where this rep differs most from the team median (activity volume, meeting conversion, stage-to-stage progression, win rate, average deal size, cycle length) — and the ONE stage where the gap costs the most, with the arithmetic.
B) THE SKILL-VERSUS-VOLUME CALL — state whether the evidence points to too little activity or to a skill gap at a specific stage, and quote the two numbers that decide it, since these need opposite coaching.
C) A COACHING PLAN — two specific behaviours to change, how to practise each, and the leading indicator that would move within three weeks if it were working.
D) WHAT NOT TO COACH — the metrics that look bad but are within normal variance for the sample size, so the conversation stays on the one thing that matters.

Inputs: [PASTE REP METRICS, TEAM MEDIANS, DEAL COUNT AND PERIOD, TERRITORY CONTEXT]

Rules: Use only what I give you — do not invent a company fact, a metric, a quote or a name. If something is missing, write "not provided" and ask for it. Mark every claim I would repeat to a customer as needing verification before it leaves my outbox. Never include another customer's confidential information. Flag any metric whose sample is too small to distinguish from noise rather than coaching against it. Verify every number with the rep before the coaching conversation — data you cannot verify together becomes an argument about the data.
