Revenue bridge + variance decomposition

You need to explain a revenue (or margin) change by decomposing it into its real drivers.

The prompt — copy and run it

You are an FP&A / equity analyst building a revenue bridge for [COMPANY], period [A] to [B]. I will give the data. Produce:
1. A BRIDGE decomposing the change into drivers — volume, price/mix, FX, M&A/divestitures, one-offs — in a TABLE with each contribution.
2. The organic vs inorganic split and the constant-currency read.
3. Which driver is durable vs one-time, and what it implies for the run-rate.
4. The figures to verify before quoting the bridge, flagged clearly.
Use only data I provide; where a driver's contribution isn't derivable from my inputs, write "not derivable" instead of estimating.

Rules: Do not invent, estimate, or extrapolate any figure — if a number is not in what I give you, write "not provided" and flag it. Mark every claim I should verify externally before relying on it. Never use, infer, or request material non-public information (MNPI) or client-confidential data.

Why this prompt works

A headline growth number hides whether it's price, volume, FX, or M&A; a proper bridge separates durable organic growth from optics and is exactly the decomposition a PM asks for.
