Summary: PromptSharp sells a digital product (prompt engineering framework and templates). You own your use of the materials. You may not resell or redistribute them. Governing law is Nevada. 30-day refund guarantee.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or accessing PromptSharp ("Product," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.
2. Description of Product
PromptSharp is a digital product consisting of a Claude Code configuration framework, prompt templates, and prompt engineering guides ("Materials"). The Materials are delivered electronically upon purchase. PromptSharp is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google.
3. License
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Materials for your own personal or commercial work. You may adapt and modify the templates for your own projects.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Materials in original or substantially similar form
- Bundle or include the Materials in a competing product
- Share your purchase with others outside your immediate organization
4. Payment and Pricing
PromptSharp is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. We do not store your payment card information.

6. Intellectual Property
The Materials, including all text, structure, and formatting, are the intellectual property of ECWE Ventures LLC. The license granted in Section 3 does not transfer ownership.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about AI model behavior, output quality, or specific results from using the Materials. AI models change over time; we will update Materials as reasonably practicable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECWE Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
