Champion departure: the 30-day rescue plan
The person who bought you just left, and the renewal is in four months.
The prompt — copy and run it
You are running a save plan for an account whose champion or sponsor has departed. I will paste the account context. Produce: A) AN EXPOSURE ASSESSMENT — what only the departed person knew, believed, or defended (the original business case, the internal politics, the workaround they tolerated), and which of those is now undocumented. B) A 30-DAY PLAN by week — who to reach, in what order, with what purpose; the first contact should establish continuity and value, never mention the renewal. C) A VALUE RECONSTRUCTION — the one-page account of what has been delivered since purchase, written for someone with zero history, with every claim tied to data I supplied. D) THE ESCALATION TRIGGER — the specific signal (no response by a named date, a stated review of all vendors, a budget freeze) that should move this to an executive-to-executive conversation, and who makes it. Inputs: [PASTE ACCOUNT HISTORY, USAGE, WHO REMAINS AND THEIR ROLES, RENEWAL DATE, ORIGINAL BUSINESS CASE, RECENT ISSUES] Rules: Use only what I give you — do not invent a company fact, a metric, a quote or a name. If something is missing, write "not provided" and ask for it. Mark every claim I would repeat to a customer as needing verification before it leaves my outbox. Never include another customer's confidential information. Verify the incoming sponsor's remit and budget ownership directly before you build the save plan around them.

Why this prompt works
Champion churn is the most predictable cause of surprise non-renewals, and the standard response — waiting to see who takes over — wastes the only month in which continuity can be established cheaply. Reconstructing the value story for a zero-context reader is the artefact that survives any successor.
