Multi-product discovery: decide which problem to lead with

You sell four things, the prospect has three problems, and leading with the wrong one costs the deal.

The prompt — copy and run it

You are a solution strategist choosing the lead problem for a multi-product opportunity. I will paste discovery notes and my product set. Produce:

A) A PROBLEM RANKING — each problem the prospect named, scored on urgency (is there a deadline or event forcing action), ownership (is there a named budget holder), and our differentiation, with the evidence quoted from my notes.
B) THE LEAD RECOMMENDATION — one problem to lead with, and the explicit reason the others are being held back rather than bundled.
C) A LAND-THEN-EXPAND PATH — what the first purchase makes obvious next, the trigger that opens each subsequent conversation, and the rough timing.
D) THE ANTI-PATTERN CHECK — where this deal risks becoming a platform pitch nobody can approve, and the sentence that keeps it scoped.

Inputs: [PASTE DISCOVERY NOTES, PROBLEMS RAISED AND BY WHOM, BUDGET SIGNALS, YOUR PRODUCT SET AND PRICING STRUCTURE]

Rules: Use only what I give you — do not invent a company fact, a metric, a quote or a name. If something is missing, write "not provided" and ask for it. Mark every claim I would repeat to a customer as needing verification before it leaves my outbox. Never include another customer's confidential information. Verify that the lead problem you pick is one the product solves today by checking current documentation, not the roadmap.

Why this prompt works

Multi-product sellers lose by presenting the whole platform to a buyer authorised for one problem. Ranking on urgency and named budget ownership, then deliberately deferring the rest, is the difference between a signable first deal and an impressive unapproved one.
