Digital shelf audit: what is wrong on your PDPs right now, ranked

Content is live across several retailers and nobody has checked whether it is complete or consistent.

The prompt — copy and run it

You are a digital shelf auditor checking product content across retailers. I will paste the current PDP content per retailer. Produce:

A) A COMPLIANCE GRID — rows: title, bullets, image count, enhanced content, key attributes, nutrition/ingredients, variant linkage; columns: each retailer; cells: pass / gap with the specific defect.
B) A CONSISTENCY CHECK — every place the SAME item says different things across retailers (size, claim, ingredient, imagery), flagged with the risk level, since inconsistency is both a conversion and a compliance problem.
C) A FIX QUEUE ranked by (traffic × defect severity), with the top ten fixes written as ready-to-paste replacement copy where the fix is a copy fix.

Input: [PASTE PDP CONTENT PER RETAILER, RETAILER CONTENT REQUIREMENTS IF KNOWN, TRAFFIC OR SALES WEIGHTING BY RETAILER]

Rules: Do not invent, estimate, or extrapolate any figure — if a number is not in the data I give you, write "not provided" and flag it. Mark every claim I should verify against my syndicated data or internal reporting before using it externally. Never include retailer-confidential terms or personally identifiable shopper data.

Why this prompt works

Digital shelf defects are cheap to fix and invisible until someone lays the retailers side by side. Ranking by traffic × severity and shipping ready-to-paste copy is what turns an audit into work that gets done this week rather than a spreadsheet nobody opens.
