Mid-flight pacing check: will this budget land where it should?

Halfway through the flight and nobody knows whether you will underspend or blow through. Project the landing and decide the intervention now.

The prompt — copy and run it

You are a media buyer running a mid-flight pacing review. I will paste spend-to-date and the flight parameters. Produce:

A) THE PROJECTION per campaign or channel: current daily run rate, projected end-of-flight spend against target, and the variance in both dollars and percent — arithmetic shown from my numbers. Flag everything projecting outside the tolerance I gave you.
B) THE CAUSE READ: for each off-pace line, the most defensible explanation available in my data (delivery constraint, budget cap, audience size, bid, approval or creative gap) — with "cause not visible in this data" where that is the truth, plus the cut that would reveal it.
C) THE INTERVENTION PLAN ranked by reversibility: what to change today, what to change if it is still off-pace at the next checkpoint, the date after which no correction can still land the flight, and what NOT to touch because it will self-correct.

My data: [PASTE: flight dates, budget by campaign or channel, spend to date by day, delivery metrics, any caps, bid strategy, pacing tolerance, known approval or creative delays]

Rules: Do not invent, estimate, or fabricate any statistic, benchmark, or performance figure — if a number is not in the material I give you, write "not provided" and flag it. Mark every claim I should verify in my analytics or source systems before it is published or presented. Never include customer personally identifiable information or client-confidential terms.

Why this prompt works

Underspend is a silent failure — nobody escalates money that quietly went unused, so the shortfall surfaces in the wash-up when nothing can be done about it. Projecting the landing at the halfway point and naming the last date a correction can still work converts pacing from a reporting line into a decision with a deadline attached.
